Backyard BBQ

1 1/2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka

3/4 oz Nixta Corn Liqueur

2 oz watermelon cordial

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients with ice, and shake to chill and blend. Double-strain over ice in a Collins glass, and garnish with Tajin.

To make the watermelon cordial, combine 5L watermelon juice with 1 kg granualted sugar, 5g ascorbic acid, and 750mL Empirical Ayuuk Spirit. Stir to blend. Keeps refrigerated for up to two weeks.
