1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
1/4 oz St. George Absinthe Verte
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz 1:1 simple syrup
2 slices cucumber
Add all liquid ingredients and two slices of cucumber to a shaker with ice. Shake to combine, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with a cucumber slice accordion-style on a cocktail pick.
