Valley Cottage

1 3/4 oz cocoa nib-infused St. George Valley Gin

2 tsp Triple Sec or Cointreau

1 tsp Fernet Branca

2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a chilled coupe. Add a slim twist of orange to garnish.
